All coaching services are provided as scheduled sessions.
Cancellations
Clients may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for unused sessions in prepaid coaching packages.
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Missed Sessions
If a client does not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session may be counted as used.
